Rattu, DAG, Punjab. *** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for the direction to respondent No.1 to 3 to conduct a fair, proper, and impartial investigation in FIR No. 183, dated 12.09.2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B, IPC, registered at Police Station City Rajpura, District-Patiala (Annexure P-1), as the local police is not conducting a fair, proper, and impartial investigation. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to Deputy Inspector General of Police, Punjab, Range Patiala to decide the representations dated 31.03.2025 and 13.03.2025 (Annexure P-3 and P-4) within a time bound manner.
