The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bathnaha P.S.Case No.82 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of BNS. 3. Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioners of commission of murder of the son of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on pre-arrest bail.
