Mr. Saurabh Kumar Pandey, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is tenant of private respondent nos.6 and 7. He runs a motorcycle showroom in the demise. There was order dated 21st April, 2025 made by the civil Court directing status quo. In spite thereof, the landlord closed the demise, in violation of the status quo order. The police are acting at instance of said private respondents. He seeks interference. 2. Mr. Fuzail Ahmad Ansari, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and disputes that the police are taking sides. He submits, it is a private dispute and the civil Court is in seisen of it. 3. Petitioner may approach the civil Court with evidence to establish that as on 21st April, 2025 and soon thereafter, his client was running the showroom, after which it was closed in violation of the order of status quo. 4.
