The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 15 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2003/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 324, 326, 307 & 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 (i) (ii) of C.L.A. Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra. 3. On 02.02.2021 at about 09:15. AM., the informant was sitting in Burhiya Baghi, when the two unknown persons accosted him and fired at him. When the cleaner of a nearby parked truck tried to intervene he was also shot. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused. It was finally submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 15 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2003/2022. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
