In fact, a batch of eight (8) O.Ps. were disposed of by the said order. 2. When the present appeals are taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Appeals Mr. T.S.Rayalu, states that as per the information available, against the common order, only four appeals, listed today, have been preferred and, in the other O.Ps., it appears that no appeals have been preferred. 3. Non-filing of the appeals in the other O.Ps. against the common order, on the principle of res judica, renders the present appeals liable for rejection. 4. Accordingly, these appeals are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
