The grant of promotion to the respondent no. 6 and consequent denial of promotion to the petitioner is a subject matter of enquiry initiated by the respondent no. 5 by order dated 20.02.2025. Though various prayers are made in the writ petition but the only prayer pressed by Shri Sidharth Khare, learned counsel assisted by Shri Aditendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforesaid enquiry may be concluded within a stipulated period of time.
