Petitioner claims to have supplied uniform to various Government run educational institutions. It is asserted that though 75 percent of the amount due has been paid to the petitioner, but balance amount, amounting to Rs.2,39,600/- has not been paid for sufficiently long. It is also contended that the authorities have also issued various directions yet the payment has not been made. Learned Standing Counsel states that such grievance of the petitioner can be examined by the second- respondent. In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to represent his grievance before the second-respondent annexing all materials in support of his claim together with a copy of this order within a period of two weeks. Such claim of the petitioner would be got examined by the concerned committee and the concerned authority shall ensure that the amount found due and payable, if any, is released to the petitioner within a further period of three months. It is made clear that we have not adjudicated the entitlement of the petitioner and all factual issues are left open for examination by the concerned committee.
