Sri.C.R.Herimath., learned counsel on behalf of Sri.Manthesh Patil., learned counsel is directed to accept notice for respondents No.2 and 3. 3. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or order or direction directing the R2 and R3 to release the final selection list and to give the appointment order to the petitioner as per the representations dated 15.09.2025, vide Annexure-D b. Such other writ or direction or orders may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, including an order for costs be passed in the interest of justice. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the entire procedure has been complied with, the final selection list and appointment orders have not been issued. Whenever any representation is submitted to any statutory authority or a governmental authority it is required for the said authority to consider the same and pass necessary orders within a reasonable period of time, either accepting or rejecting the same. Neither having been done, I pass the following; ORDER i. The writ petition is allowed. ii. A mandamus is issued, directing respondents to consider the representation dated 15.09.2025 at Annexure-D and pass necessary orders within a period of six weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order. iii.
