Issue a writ/order/direction in the nature of mandamus, thereby, directions be issued for deletion of the name of the petitioner as Bad Character of the area from the Surveillance Register as well as set-aside the order of declaring the petitioner as BC of the area as petitioner has come to know about the same in reply to RTI application dt. 14.09.2023 from Public Information Officer Central Distt. Delhi; B. Issue a write/order/ direction in the name of mandamus, thereby, the petitioner be compensated for a sum of Rs. 10 lakhs for the sufferings suffered by the petitioner on account of illegal acts of the police officials as well as holding vigilance enquiry against the concerned police officials for their aforesaid unlawful and illegal action; C. Issue necessary directions to the concerned police officials not to visit the house of the petitioner without any notice and /or disturbing the peaceful lives of the petitioner as well as his family members.” 2.
