Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner field an appeal on 06/01/2025 before the respondent No.1, which is pending consideration. He further submits that the petitioner has also filed an application for interim relief before the Secretary, hence, the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the appellate authority to consider the interim application filed by the petitioner at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for the State on instructions submits that if the petitioner’s application for grant of interim relief is pending before the Secretary, the same shall be considered in accordance with law at an early date. 4. I have heard learned counsel for both the parties. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Department of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection/respondent to consider the application for grant of interim relief, which has been filed by the petitioner along with his 3 appeal under Section 18(2) of of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016, at the earliest. 6.
