The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and 272/273/290 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the prosecution case, 70 liters of countrymade liqour was recovered from the house of this petitioner. As per paragraph – 3, petitioner has got clean antecedent. 4. Considering the Full Bench decision of this Court rendered in the case of Ram Vinay Yadav vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2019(2) P.L.J.R. 1089 (F.Β.), the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
