Three petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 30(c) & 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3. In this case, there is recovery of 25 liters of Chulai liquor from bushes and around 10,000 kg. of jawa mahua ghol was recovered, which were destroyed. As per paragraph – 3, petitioner no. 1 has got five criminal antecedent of similar nature, petitioner no. 2 has eight criminal antecedent of similar nature and petitioner no. 3 has got three criminal antecedent of similar nature.
