Learned AGA on instructions should submit that regular pension of the petitioner would be credited to petitioner’s account on or before the 25.02.2025. In the light of the said submission, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition directing the respondent-State to deposit the regular pension to the account of the petitioner on or before the 25.02.2025 as undertaken. 2. Learned AGA would submit depositing of arrears to the account of the petitioner would take another four weeks from 25.02.2025.
