In view of the reasons given in the application and submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant/ appellant, delay in re-filing the appeal after removing the objections therein is condoned. The application stands disposed of. OMP(M) No.146 of 2024 3. By way of this application, prayer has been made for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the non-applicants/ respondents has no objection for allowing the application and for condoning the delay. Hence, in view of the averments made in the application and submissions made for the parties, the prayer is allowed. Delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of. Arb. Hence, there shall be stay of the impugned judgment dated 25.06.2022 passed by the learned District Judge, Mandi in Arbitration Petition No.88 of 2019 (National Highways Authority of India Versus Inder Singh and another).
