Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents. 2. By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital/live-in life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, stated that an FIR has been lodged in the instant case, which was registered as Case Crime No. 140 of 2025, under Section 87 BNS, Police Station-Wazirganj, District- Gonda, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
