Case No. 113/2024, registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 352, 61(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant with Lathi, as a result of which, informant sustained three injuries, out of which, one injury is grievous in nature. 4.
