ORDER ON BOARD 09.12.2025
1. This writ petitioner has been filed by the petitioners seeking following reliefs:-
“1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent authorities to transfer pending revision case no. 167/A-6/2021-22 (parties being Shahodri Bai and others Vs. Bharatlal) from Commissioner Raipur Division Raipur Chhattisgarh to Commissioner Bilaspur, Division-Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh for proper taking decision the pending revision petition under his jurisdiction within stipulated time, in the interest of justice.
2. Any other relief, which the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioners.”

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that initially case was filed before the Court of Commissioner Raipur, Division-Raipur, however, after constitution of new district Sarangarh – Bilaigarh, Chhattisgarh in revision case no. 167/A-6/2021-22 Raipur, Division-Raipur has order for its transfer to Court of Commissioner, Bilaspur, Division- Bilaspur vide
order dated 08.06.2022, however, till date case from the Court of Commissioner Raipur is not transferred to Bilaspur and therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 2 to transfer case to the Court of Respondent no. 3.

Learned counsel for State on instructions submits that according to written information supplied to her, the case subject matter of writ petition is transferred to Court of Commissioner, Bilaspur Division- Bilaspur on 14th November, 2025. She placed before this Court the document supplied to her from office of Court of Commissioner, Raipur.
4. I have heard learned counsel for respective parties and perused the documents placed on record.
5. In view of submission made by learned counsel for State and based upon the documents placed before this Court, this Court find that nothing remains for adjudication and, therefore, this writ petition is
disposed of in view of statement made by counsel for the State.
