Case was called out. Learned counsel for the applicant is not present whereas learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party is present. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.5.2025, learned Standing Counsel has filed compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. On the basis of affidavit, he submits that Writ Court in its order dated 9.1.2025 in Writ-A No.17411 of 2024 directed the respondent no.3 to decide the representation of applicant within a period of six weeks, which has been decided by the opposite party vide order dated 30.3.2024, therefore, application has become infructuous, which is not objected by the learned counsel for the applicant. I have considered the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and perused the order dated 30.3.2024. Prima facie, order of writ Court dated 9.1.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-A No.17411 of 2024 has been complied with. Therefore, under such facts of the case, no further order is required to be passed. Accordingly, file is consigned to record.
