Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners submit there was prior enmity between the parties. Series of criminal cases were registered. Co-accused similarly circumstanced with the petitioners have been granted pre-arrest bail. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to extend the same privilege to the petitioners also. 3.
