The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to decide the revision case No. 0053 of 2025, computerized case No. 202554054700000053 (Harivilash and others Vs. Sandhya and others) under Section 48 (1) of U.P.C.H. Act within the stipulated time period." 3. Counsel for the petitioners submitted that revision filed by private respondent nos. 3 to 5 arising out of title proceeding is pending before respondent no.2, Deputy Director of Consolidation, Maharajganj since 5.2.2025. He submitted that petitioners are opposite parties in the aforementioned revision. He placed the grounds of revision as well as the certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding in order to demonstrate that matter is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the entire facts and circumstances, the instant petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Deputy Director of Consolidation, Maharajganj to decide the aforementioned title revision after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties expeditiously preferably within period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
