Through the medium of present petition, preferred in terms of Section 482 BNSS, the petitioner seeks his enlargement on bail in anticipation of arrest in FIR No.0005/2025 registered at Police Station, Anti-Corruption Bureau, Doda Kishtwar Range (DKR) for the alleged commission of offences under Sections 5(1) (e) and 5(2) of the J&K Prevention of Corruption Act, 2006. Vide order dated 27.10.2025, petitioner was admitted to interim bail subject to the terms and conditions embodied in the order. 02. Reply stands filed, a perusal whereof transpires that Investigating Agency has already collected the detail regarding alleged accumulation of assets by the petitioner, disproportionate to his known source of income. 03. In the circumstances, custodial interrogation of the petitioner shall not serve any purpose of the investigating agency. Sr. No. 11 2 04.
