At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that the proceeding before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Jabalpur (MP) is pending consideration. However, this writ petition is filed only on the ground that last date to submit bid in e- auction notification is fixed as 8-12-2025 and therefore, respondents No.2 and 3 may be directed to consider the application/representation of petitioner to deposit the entire dues and not to proceed with auction proceeding. 2. In view of submission of learned counsel for petitioner that proceeding before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Jabalpur is already pending consideration, it will not be proper for this Court to adjudicate this writ petition parallely and therefore, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application in pending case before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Jabalpur. 3.
