The petitioner has preferred the present petition with the following prayer:- Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned Respondent authority to consider the grievance of petitioner in respect to deposit the due loan amount after providing the (शश्रृण ममोचन यमोजनन-2024) Dept Redemption Scheme-2024. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the loan amount. 4.On the other hand, it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner should raise the before the bank authorities and submit a representation regarding his grievances and willingness regarding deposit of loan amount. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation before the respondent No.2/Manager, U.P. Sahkari Gram Vikas Bank, Ltd. Branch Phoolpur, Prayagraj along with necessary papers and documents & certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. In case,the petitioner does so, the respondent No.2 will pass appropriate order on the representation most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter.
