Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is seeking grant of seniority and other consequential benefits from the year 2008, when the similarly situated persons were appointed and for which she may be allowed to file representation before the respondent/competent authority for redressal of her grievance. 3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is allowed to file a comprehensive representation along with copy of this order and other relevant documents before the respondent/competent authority for redressal of her grievance within four weeks from today, and, in turn, the respondent/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner on its own merit strictly in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of receipt of the said representation. 4.
