1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following
2 relief(s):-
“10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present review petition thereby recall/review the impugned interim order dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure P/1) most respectfully and pass appropriate order directing the respondent to furnish adequate security for withdrawal of the compensation awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal. 10.2 That, such further or other order/relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, proper and just in the facts and circumstances of the present case may also kindly be awarded to the petitioner in the ends of justice & equity.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to file appropriate proceeding.
3. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
