This writ petition has been filed for quashing the first information report dated 8.9.2024 lodged in Case Crime No. 546 of 2024, under sections 115(2), 332(c), 352, 351(2) BNS, P.S. Kotwali Chhibramau, District Kannauj. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. for the State submitted that the Charge sheet No. 515/2024 has been forwarded on 30.11.2024 against the petitioner no. 1 Jagdish Chandra and petitioner no. 2 Amit Kumar whereas petitioner no. 3 Anurag and petitioner no. 4 Sonam have been exonerated in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 4.
