“It is therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside the charges framed by the learned Fifth Additional Sessions Judge / Special Judge (Under the Protection of Children from the Sexual Offences Act) against the present applicant for the offence punishable U/s 363, 366 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 11/12 of the Protection of Children from the Sexual Offences Act 2012, and discharge him, in the interest of justice.”
4. In view of the communication made by the learned trial Court concerned regarding disposal of Special Sessions Case No. 62/2018, it seems that the criminal case has been disposed of and as such, the matter has become infructuous.
5. Accordingly, instant criminal revision is dismissed as having rendered infructuous./-
