The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 87/2023 arising out of Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 277/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 233/2023, for the offences registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Lohardaga. 3. On 21.11.2022, motorcycle of the informant bearing Registration No. JH07G-7138 parked near S.B.I. ATM, Maina Bagicha was stolen away by unknown persons. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It was finally submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about two years. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Lohardaga in connection with S.T.
