Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quash/set-aside the order dated 17.04.2025 passed by Assistant Collector 1st Class/Tehsildaar (Judicial) Milak, District Rampur in Case No. 3094 OF 2024 (Computer Case No. T202413590203094), Gaon Samaj Versus Krishna Pal under section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006,, to meet the ends of justice, so the justice may be done." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. 6. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the petitioner as per rule after retaining photostat copy of the same on the record.
