The submission is that the respondents were not daily wagers/casual workers, as at page no.91 of the review petition, the State had indicated the dates on which the appellants attained or would attain age prescribed for superannuation of a regular employee and, therefore, the order deserves to be reviewed. 3. The mere indication of the date on which the appellants/applicants would attain the age prescribed for a regular employee for superannuation would not change their status. 4.
