2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No. 185 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur.
3. It was submitted that two live cartridges and a machet were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2024 and he has got no criminal antecedent.
4. Ms. Sushma Aind, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Kadma P.S. Case No. 185 of 2024.
