Heard Ms. V. Dyumani, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents.
2. Being aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in removing petitioner’s land admeasuring Ac.0.44 cents in Sy. No.177/B2A, at Kallubavi

Village, Adoni Municipality, Kurnool District, the instant Writ Petition has been filed.
3. It is contended that the petitioner has purchased the property through the registered sale deed, bearing D. No.3085/2019 dated 02.03.2019. The said property was neither mortgaged to 4th respondent nor offered as security at any point of time. However, the property was enlisted in the list of prohibited properties. It is contended that although legal notice was issued to the 4th respondent, no action has been taken to remove the subject property from the list of prohibited properties.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G. R. Sudhakar, the
learned counsel for the 4th respondent has placed on record a copy of the letter dated 11.02.2025 issued by the 4th respondent to the 3rd respondent, requesting to remove the subject property from the list of prohibited properties.
5. The said letter is placed on record.
6. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to remove the subject property from the list of prohibited properties within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of orders of this Court.
7. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
