This is the second bail application filed by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant has been dismissed on merits vide order dated 09.09.2024 passed in MCRC No.5946 of 2024. 2. Though the other witnesses of memorandum and seizer are yet to be examined but looking to the period of his detention, he filed his second bail application. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes. 4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, considering the nature of allegation as well as the material collected during the investigation and further considering that some of the important witnesses are yet to be examined, and the first bail application has been dismissed on merits, I am not inclined to admit the second bail application of the applicant. 5.
