The present petition has been filed in public interest praying for quashing of order dated 31.03.2025 issued by respondent no.1 i.e., Joint Secretary, U.P. Government, Lucknow approving a scheme for beautification of Ram Leela ground in Vidhan Sabha Khetra, Dhanaura Nagar, Amroha. 2. It is stated that the land over which the scheme has been sanctioned is a public ground recorded as Ram Leela Sthal and it vests in Nagar Palika, Dhanaura, Amroha.
