This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorri quashing the impugned order dated 3.5.2025 passed by District Inspector of Schools, Varanasi (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition). (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the District Inspector of Schools, Varanasi not to take any coercive action against the petitioner's Committee of Management in pursuance of the order dated 26.03.2025." 4. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. 5.
