The present modification application has been filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Cr. App. (SJ) No. 4802 of 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners went out of State for their livelihood and they came home on the occasion of Eid-uz-Zoha and then came to know that their bail has been granted by this Court on 22.04.2025 but Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59426 of 2025(3) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 unfortunately the period of furnishing bail bond has been expired. 4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioners and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Cr.
