The petitioner is an employee of Co-operative Society registered under Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, as such, the petitioner has remedy to raise dispute before Registrar, Co-operative Society under Section 55(2) of the Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 3. Let the petitioner raise dispute before the Registrar, Co-operative Society regarding his service condition within one month and in the eventuality of the filing of the application within one month neither the Registrar, Co-operative Societies nor the respondent will take plea of limitation and decide the case of the petitioner on its own merit. 4.
