The present writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent concern to exercise power and jurisdiction conferred by the provisions of section 173(4) BNSS to get the first information report to cognizable offence and further to investigate himself or to dict his other subordinate competent police officer to register the cas against the respondent No.4 and 11 in terms of directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court given in paragraph No.119 and 120 of the decision in the matter of Lalita Kumari Versus Government of Uttar Pradesh SCC 2014 (2) Page 1." 3. The petitioner has a remedy to approach the concerned Magistrate under Section 175(3) of B.N.S.S. 4. In view of the availability of alternative remedy to the petitioner, we refrain from taking cognizance under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, at this stage. 5.
