They pray that a direction be issued to the respondent bank to consider Exhibit P2 request for One Time Settlement , within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank submits that there is no One Time Settlement scheme in force at present. However, it is submitted that the respondent bank will consider Exhibit P2 and give a suitable reply within a period of two weeks from today. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank, the writ petition will stand disposed of, directing that the competent Authority of the respondent bank shall consider Exhibit P2 and take a decision thereon and such decision shall be communicated to the petitioners, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
