Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Learned counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the judgment in question, the respondents are now paying enhanced salary to the petitioner. The arrears shall be paid to the petitioner within defined time limit. Learned counsel further submits that in terms of the decision in Vikram Singh Vs. HRTC2 , the respondents- Corporation is bound to pay interest on the delayed payment @ 6% per annum. 2.
