The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer. A) Issue appropriate writ of Mandamus by directing the respondent no.4 to consider the applications filed by petitioners, dated 09.08.2014, 31.10.2014, 05.07.2015, 17.08.2015, 27.11.2015, 29.06.2016, 20.07.2016, vide ANNEXURES-A, A-1, E-1, F, G, J-2 & J-5 respectively and thereby direct the 4th respondent to expeditiously furnish the certified copy of information and documents sought by petitioners and etc B) Issue appropriate writ of Mandamus by directing directing the Respondent No.4 to comply the directions of 1st respondent bearing No. ¸À.¤- 21/¹/Dgï.J¸ï.Dgï/2015-16 dated 01.02.2016 vide ANNEXURE-G-2, direction bearing No. ¸À.¤- 21/¹/Dgï.J¸ï.Dgï/ 2015-16 dated 27-02-2016 vide ANNEXURE-G3 the direction bearing No. ¸À.¤-21/¹/Dgï.J¸ï.Dgï/PÀ.d/¹Dgï dated 04.04.2016 vide ANNEXURE-G-4 to provide certified copy of all necessary documentary information's to the petitioners. C) Issue such other appropriate writ or order or direction as deemed fit under the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The petitioners have sought certified copy of certain documents from the hands of the respondent No.4 ten years ago. They have submitted several applications. The documents having not been furnished have driven the petitioners to this - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:16848 WP No. 109768 of 2016 Court nine years ago. Therefore, in the event the documents are furnished today, the petition would be rendered infructuous. 3. If they are not furnished, the respondents shall pass necessary orders on those applications and communicate the orders so passed to the petitioners. If the petitioners are still aggrieved, are at liberty to avail of such remedy as is available in law. 4. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed. Ordered accordingly.
