The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents for non-payment of the amounts due to the Petitioner for the work completed by him under Agreement No.177/2022-2023, dated 15.12.2022, wherein the Petitioner was entrusted the work of ‘Construction of Compound Wall to Christian Burial Ground in Yarragudipalli of Pulivendula Municipality’ under Pulivendula Area Development Agency (PADA), as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard M/s. T. Venu Gopal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Sri Gudapati Lakshmi Narayana, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent-Municipality. 3. At the time of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent-Municipality passed on the written instructions signed by the Commissioner, Pulivendula Municipality, wherein it is mentioned that the measurements were recorded and the bills were raised for gross amount of Rs.20,26,499/- and net amount of Rs.18,86,867/- was uploaded in CFMS Portal with the Token No.2024-282135 and the same was credited to the Petitioner on 30.03.2025. 4. In that view, as the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. 3 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed by placing the written instructions on record. There shall be no order as to costs.
