The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 96, dated 27.04.2025, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 109, 191(3), 190, 351(3) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Balongi, District SAS Nagar, Mohali. 2. Vide order dated 20.05.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from the ASI Amandeep Singh, has submitted that in compliance of order dated 20.05.2025, the petitioner has joined investigation. He further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required. 4.
