Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:84339 Court No. - 9 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 16125 of 2025 Petitioner :- Meena Khan And Another Respondent :- Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal North Kanpur Nagar And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Aman Srivastav Counsel for Respondent :- Vipul Kumar Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Learned Presiding Officer, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (North), Kanpur Nagar to decide the M.A.C.P Case No. 56 of 2018 (Meena Khan and Another versus Ram Vilas and Others) pending before him within the time specified by this Hon'ble Court." It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that Motor Accident Claims Petition is pending consideration since 2018 before Motor Accident Claims Tribunal. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondent, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon Tribunal concerned to decide the pending M.A.C.P Case No. 56 of 2018 (Meena Khan and Another vs. Ram Vilas and others) after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merits.
