By way of representations dated 25.06.2024 and 28.06.2024, what the petitioner had sought for is the entry of the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. The same not having been considered by respondent Nos.4 and 5, the above petition has been filed. 3. The entry of the name of the petitioner or owner of any land cannot be made on the basis of representation. The same can be made if a proper application accompanied by the necessary documents is submitted to the jurisdictional authority. Such a Mandamus cannot be issued in the matter. 4.
