That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition under Section 528 of the BNSS filed by the petitioner. ii. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR bearing No. 37 of 2025 dated 27.03.2025 registered at Police Station Bori, District Durg (C.G.) for the offence under Section 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of BNS Act, 2023, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, the charge-sheet has already been submitted before the learned trial Court. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the same. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law before the appropriate forum, if so advised. 6.
