By judgment dated 01.09.2025 the petitioners have been found guilty, convicted and sentenced as under: Section Punishment Fine (in Rs) default class A1 324 IPC and 3(2) (va) of SC/ST (POA) Act One year rigorous imprisonment 1,000/- One month simple imprisonment A2 323 IPC and 3(2) (va) of SC/ST (POA) Act Six months rigorous imprisonment 1000 one month simple imprisonment Challenging the above said conviction and sentence, the petitioners have preferred CrlA(MD)No.1041 of 2025 along with this petition seeking suspension of sentence. The appeal has been admitted by this court on 26.09.2025. 2.This court while entertaining this petition has granted interim suspension of sentence till 13.10.2025 with certain conditions and directed the Registry to list the matter on 13.10.2025. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the respondent police and renew the application.
