By the present writ petition, the petitioner who is owner of the land and house situated at plot no. 2, Sheet No. 19, Mauja Masanganj, Juni Line, Bilaspur, along with other co-owners of the property preferred an application for mutation of their name in the record of the Municipal Corporation on 29.10.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though there is no dispute to the ownership towards the house and plot in question, the Corporation has not taken steps for mutation of their land. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the Corporation in advance copy would submit that the application filed by the petitioner dated 29.10.2024, if it is pending, the same shall be decided within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard both the counsels for the parties. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsels for the petitioner and respondent and pleadings made in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Muncipal Corporation Bilaspur to pass a order on the application dated 29.10.2024 and take steps for mutation of the name of the petitioner against the house situated at plot 2, sheet no. 19, Mauja Masanganj, Juni Line Bilaspur within a period of 2 months from today. 6.
