Since the aforesaid Writ Petitions involve common question of fact and law, they have been heard analogously and are being decided by this common order. 2. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that in WPS No.10708/2019, an order has already been passed in light of the subsequent development, as a corrigendum dated 18.11.2019 has been issued and the benefit of salary from the date of compulsory retirement to the date of reinstatement has already been sanctioned. He submits that earlier the case was treated under Fundamental Rule 54 (B); however now, it is covered under Fundamental Rule 54 (A) in light of the aforesaid corrigendum dated 18.11.2019. Hence, since the grievance now being settled, WPS No.10708/2019 has already become infructuous. He would further submit that the remaining Writ Petitions may also be disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority for reconsideration as similarly situated petitioner namely Bhagirathi Sahu has been given the benefit in light of the corrigendum dated 18.11.2019. 3. Counsel for the petitioners would not oppose the aforesaid contention. 4. Having considered the aforesaid submissions and particularly considering that one of the similarly situated employees namely Bhagirathi Sahu (petitioner in WPS No.10708/2019) has already been granted the benefit by treating the period from the date of compulsory retirement to the date of the reinstatement under Fundamental Rule 54 (A) in light of the corrigendum dated 18.11.2019, it is directed that the 9 case of the other remaining petitioners shall also be examined by the authorities within a period of 90 days of passing of this order. If on such examination, it is found that the case of remaining petitioners is similar to that of petitioner namely Bhagirathi Sahu, they shall also be given such benefit without any further delay. 5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of. 6.
