This Court, vide order dated 21.11.2024, passed in MCRC No. 7735 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Bhupendra Singh Kshatriya @ Bhupendra Thakur had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. Earlier on occasion also, this Court had granted extension of time for conclusion of the trial vide order dated 11.06.2025 in CRMP No.1721/2025. 4. Learned Special Judicial Magistare (C.B.I.) Raipur, District – Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 29.11.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from the perusal of the PUD that out of a total of 48 witnesses, the evidence of 19 witnesses has already been recorded and the statements of the remaining 29 prosecution witnesses are yet to be recorded. Hence, the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some more time. Therefore, he prays for grant of further time to conclude the same. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. 8.
